About The Position

Time Investment Company is an indirect consumer finance company operating in all US states. We focus on financing the sale of water treatment, home improvement, and other products through an independent network of dealers. Approved dealers use our loan platform applications to submit consumer applications for credit, receive approval on those applications, and complete the loan process. We are seeking a skilled and proactive System Administrator to manage, maintain, and optimize our IT infrastructure. What’s in it for you? This is an on-site role in West Bend, Wisconsin.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a System Administrator or similar role
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) and Active Directory
  • Strong knowledge of Linux operating systems
  • Strong knowledge of VMware, Proxmox, AWS, and Azure.
  • Hands-on experience managing Windows 11 laptops in an enterprise environment
  • Experience with Microsoft Intune for device and policy management
  • Experience with endpoint security tools such as CrowdStrike Falcon
  • Familiarity with IT monitoring tools like Pulseway
  • Experience with ticketing systems such as Jira
  • Experience supporting VoIP/contact center platforms such as Five9 and 3CX
  • Understanding of CDN, DNS, and web security platforms like Akamai
  • Experience with cloud security platforms such as Netskope
  • Knowledge of performance monitoring tools like CatchPoint
  • Experience with security awareness tools like KnowBe4
  • Familiarity with workforce analytics tools such as TimeDoctor
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills across endpoints, network, and telephony
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Candidates must have existing eligibility to work in the United States

Nice To Haves

  • Helpdesk operations experience.
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft, CompTIA, ITIL, CrowdStrike certifications)
  • Experience in hybrid cloud environments (Azure, on-premises)
  • Scripting experience (PowerShell preferred)
  • Experience supporting remote and distributed teams

Responsibilities

  • Administer and manage Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) and Active Directory environments, including user provisioning, group policies, and access controls
  • Deploy, configure, and maintain endpoint management solutions using Microsoft Intune, including support for Windows 11 laptops
  • Provision, configure, and troubleshoot Windows 11 devices, ensuring security compliance, patching, and performance optimization
  • Monitor and manage IT systems, endpoints, and automation workflows via Pulseway
  • Provide day-to-day technical support and ticket resolution through Jira Service Management or similar helpdesk platforms
  • Support and troubleshoot network performance, uptime, and synthetic monitoring using CatchPoint
  • Manage and maintain secure web and application delivery solutions using Akamai
  • Implement and monitor cloud security policies and data protection using Netskope
  • Administer endpoint detection and response (EDR) and threat protection using CrowdStrike Falcon
  • Support and maintain cloud contact center and VoIP systems including Five9 and 3CX (user setup, call flows, troubleshooting)
  • Administer security awareness training and phishing simulation programs using KnowBe4
  • Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, network, and telephony issues in a timely manner
  • Maintain system documentation, procedures, and knowledge base articles
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve IT processes and system reliability
