The SysOps Engineer position focuses on the operations and high availability of our customer environments, including but not limited to provisioning, maintaining, performance monitoring/management, and disaster recovery. This role also serves as a technical escalation point for customer support requests. In this role, you are expected to prioritize uptime, security, and performance of the customer environments over all other activities. You also must be able to work well individually as well as part of a team to ensure tasks are managed efficiently, enabling seamless integration of operations throughout various locations and time zones.
