Position Highlights Position Summary: Answer and direct all incoming phone calls in a timely manner. Record and enter messages in an accurate format to the provider. Maintain patient confidentiality in all aspects of a clinic setting. Display strong customer service relations, communication and confidentiality.
Requirements
- High school graduate or equivalent.
- Computer skills essential.
Nice To Haves
- Previous switchboard and/or medical scheduling experience preferred.
