About The Position
This position will have the responsibility of answering incoming telephone calls and direct calls to the appropriate individual/department, page employees and physicians when it is deemed appropriate, greet and assist visitors at the main lobby reception desk. Respond in a calm and professional manner to emergency situations including various code and alarm panels in the switchboard area.
Requirements
- High School Education
- Minimum one-year (1) experience answering a high volume of calls, preferably in a hospital setting is desirable
