About The Position
The Switchboard Operator will: Assist callers with patient information regarding visiting hours, room and telephone extensions. Monitor operation of telephones and page equipment and ensuring equipment is repaired in a timely manner. Report safety and security violations and enforce all emergency procedures during fire and disaster conditions.
Requirements
- Strong verbal communication skills.
- Bilingual preferred.
