April – October Pool Service Technician MCM Pools · Serving Norfolk, Bristol & Plymouth counties since 2002 This is a hands-on outdoor job that starts with learning and finishes with you running your own route. No experience required — but you need to be sharp, reliable, and ready to take on real responsibility. Depending on where we need you, you'll start the season either assisting crew leaders on pool openings or in pool cleaning training . Either way, once that work is complete you'll move into our cleaning department — two weeks of structured hands-on training , then you're on your own route in a company truck, managing your own clients. What the job looks like... Early season — varies — Assist crew leaders on residential pool openings and closings — Pool cleaning training — learning water care fundamentals alongside our lead cleaner — Handle equipment, tools, and supplies in the field Mid through end of season — pool cleaner — Solo daily routes in a dedicated company Tacoma — Skimming, vacuuming, brushing, and equipment inspection at each property — Water chemistry testing and balancing — you'll be trained and expected to master it — Greet clients on arrival and debrief them on findings before you leave — every visit — Part of a six-person cleaning team — independent routes, shared standards
