About The Position
Sweet Breeze Deck Hand – Seasonal Do you love the river? Are you observant, dependable, and ready for anything the Sweet Breeze adventure throws at you? Can you stay calm, work as a team, and keep passengers safe and smiling? Your Role Greet passengers, sell tickets, and manage check-ins Assist Captain and crew with docking, tours, and vessel prep Monitor river conditions and respond to emergencies Support special events and maintain dock/boat cleanliness Enforce City of Fort Wayne and Parks & Rec rules You Bring High school diploma or GED Boating experience preferred, downtown rivers a plus Flexible schedule, strong communication, safety-minded Certifications Indiana Driver's License Boating Safety (preferred), First Aid & CPR Employment is contingent upon the successful completion of applicable drug screening, physical examination, and background checks.
