Overview We are seeking a Senior Vice President, Integrated Design to lead integration and experience strategy for a major CPG brand, ensuring the audience creative, PR, account management, media planning, content commerce, investment, and analytics teams come together with one unified point of view. As SVP, Integrated Design, you will brief and drive consensus among the IAT, blending audience insight, communications strategy, commerce expertise, social and influencer savvy, and creative vision to drive breakthrough experiences and business growth. This leadership role requires hands-on strategic thinking, relationship building with senior clients, and the ability to orchestrate teams.

Requirements

  • 12+ years of related work experience in a creative strategy or innovation role at an advertising, digital, or media agency, consultancy or innovation incubator.
  • Possess a solid understanding of modern marketing practices across connected digital ecosystems, including CRM, loyalty, social influencers, and commerce, with the ability to leverage first-party data and emerging technologies to craft future-forward experiences.
  • Exceptional critical thinking and problem-solving abilities; able to think unconventionally in proposing solutions and identifying opportunities.
  • Knowledge of overall brand positioning and ability to translate brand needs into communication strategy and creative concepts.
  • Direct, clear, and effective communication style
  • Proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships, thinking strategically from the client's perspective.
  • Working exposure to integrated marketing communication teams and senior management.
  • Natural leadership ability and skills with an agile, entrepreneurial approach to working.
  • Proven ability to multitask, manage multiple projects effectively, and work well under pressure to deliver high-quality work within tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

  • Own the strategic vision that informs planning and execution of media, creative, PR, and content
  • Own the development of consumer-facing experiences and partnerships that align with brand objectives and audience needs, and bring them to life through provocative presentations
  • Work closely with senior clients, audience, planning, investment and analytics teams as well as external ad agencies, media partners (networks, content studios, social platforms, digital publishers, etc.), and PR agencies as needed to build, sell, and steward partnership programs.
  • Leverage audience insights/strategy to orchestrate the experience journey including ideation, concept development, and vision for the Paid/Earned/Shared/Owned plan.
  • Seek innovative, data-driven and technology-lead solutions whenever possible.
  • Collaborate with internal client and measurement leads to establish and report on measurement framework aligned to the experience.
  • Contribute to new business and agency growth efforts.
