Position Overview The Senior Vice President (SVP) of Client Management is a strategic leadership role responsible for driving client satisfaction, retention, and growth across the organization’s portfolio. Reporting directly to the Chief Commercial Officer (CCO), the SVP will lead a high-performing team dedicated to delivering exceptional service and solutions to our clients in the health and wellness sector. This executive will collaborate cross-functionally to ensure the client experience aligns with our mission to improve health outcomes and foster long-term partnerships.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree or MBA preferred.
  • 10+ years of progressive experience in client management, account management, or customer success, preferably within the health, wellness, or related industries.
  • Demonstrated success in leading large teams and managing complex, high-value client relationships.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strategic thinker with a track record of driving growth and operational improvements.
  • Proven ability to collaborate at the executive level and influence cross-functional teams.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency with client management technology platforms.

Responsibilities

  • Client Relationship Leadership: Develop and execute strategies to enhance client engagement, satisfaction, and retention. Serve as the primary executive sponsor for strategic client accounts.
  • Team Management: Lead, mentor, and grow the client management team, fostering a culture of innovation, accountability, and excellence.
  • Strategic Planning: Partner with the CCO and executive leadership to set and achieve ambitious client-related goals in alignment with organizational objectives.
  • Growth Initiatives: Identify opportunities to expand existing client relationships and drive new business through referrals and upselling health and wellness solutions.
  • Operational Excellence: Oversee the development and implementation of best practices, processes, and tools to optimize the client journey and deliver measurable results.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Sales, Product, Marketing, and Operations to ensure seamless delivery of services and solutions tailored to client needs.
  • Market Insights: Stay abreast of industry trends, client feedback, and competitive landscape to inform strategy and continuously improve offerings.
  • Risk Management: Proactively identify and address potential issues affecting client satisfaction or retention, developing mitigation strategies as needed.
