The Sustainment Engineer Senior is responsible for sustainment program support to include integration, comprehensive logistics, sustainment plan creation and support requirements for the lifecycle of the product. This role ensures the logical and systematic conversion of customer or product requirements into solutions that acknowledge technical, schedule, and cost constraints. The engineer may serve as the point of contact for logistics with the customer and provide advice or training on system design and specifications. They function as the internal design interface between support system, concepts and specifications. The position performs analysis of the sustainment system product to include: concept, design, fabrication, test, installation, operation, maintenance and disposal. Other analysis may include interface studies, timeline and requirements allocation, effectiveness, verification, cost/risk, and supportability. Requirements

Generally has 1+ years of related experience.
May have a post-secondary degree or training in a related discipline.
Familiarity with Standards and Guidance both domestic and foreign. Examples of this include but are not limited to; Logistics Support Analysis Reports (LSAR) Logistics Product Data (LPD) Provisioning.
Must be a US Citizen for security clearance consideration.
Willingness to support a flexible schedule which includes a role primarily at the Owego facility.
Remote work in this role is reduced and anticipated less than 50% of the time.
This role may require travel to other Lockheed Martin facilities or other locations.
