AECOM is seeking a Sustainability Intern to be based in Orange, CA . This position is expected to begin in May/June 2026 and extend throughout the summer. The AECOM Sustainability Internship offers students and recent graduates a hands-on learning experience within a dynamic, fast-paced consulting and advisory practice. This highly competitive program provides leadership exposure, professional development, and skill-building opportunities. The position is part of the High-Performance Buildings and Communities practice area within AECOM’s Advisory Business Line . The internship is structured to give participants the opportunity to work alongside junior staff and senior managers on challenges and opportunities related to sustainable buildings and infrastructure, climate advisory services, decarbonization/energy planning, and performance-led design.
