About The Position

Fabletics is currently looking for a Sustainability Analytics Intern to join the Global Supply Chain Team (Summer 2026). What you will do: This role offers hands-on experience in data analysis, reporting, and visualization to drive sustainability strategies and compliance with industry standards. The intern will collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze sustainability metrics, improve reporting processes, and support data-driven decision-making. Complete a Capstone Project determined by current business priorities, with set milestones and deliverables, including a final presentation to the Strategy & Operations team. This is an exciting opportunity to learn about the strategic priorities of the business, work closely with executive stakeholders, and apply research methodology and data analysis to key business decisions. The Intern Gig: We are looking for enthusiastic students with ambition to go far. Our full-time paid internship program will give you a chance to gain in-depth knowledge of what it is like to be a part of our fast-paced and innovative company. Our interns have the unique opportunity to gain real work experience, while participating in skill-building workshops and interactive social activities throughout the duration of the internship assignment. Our summer internship program will be in our El Segundo, CA headquarters and will run for 9 weeks from June 15th, 2026, through August 14th, 2026. We operate on a hybrid work schedule where employees must be willing and able to work in-office Tuesday-Thursday each week, with the option to work remotely on Mondays and Fridays. We will not be considering remote or non-local applicants at this time.

Requirements

  • Must be pursuing a bachelor’s degree from an accredited university.
  • Preferably studying: Data Analytics, Sustainability, Environmental Science, Business or a related field.
  • Proficiency with MS Excel and PowerPoint
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining a sense of urgency
  • YOU MUST BE A RISING JUNIOR OR RISING SENIOR (graduating in 2027 or 2028) UNDERGRADUATE STUDENT ENROLLED AT AN ACCREDITED UNIVERSITY TO BE CONSIDERED FOR THIS INTERNSHIP

Responsibilities

  • Collect, clean, and analyze sustainability data from multiple sources (e.g., energy consumption, emissions, waste, water usage, social impact).
  • Collaborate with internal teams to enhance data accuracy, integrity, and transparency.
  • Assist in tracking and monitoring key sustainability KPIs, identifying trends and improvement areas.
  • Develop dashboards and visualizations using tools like Excel and Tableau to communicate sustainability performance.
  • Support strategic projects by reporting on your findings and delivering actionable insights to key internal stakeholders.
