Requirements

Proven experience in land surveying, geospatial services, or surveying project management
Strong skills in estimating, proposal development, and coordinating multiple projects simultaneously
Ability to manage deadlines and field teams with professionalism and efficiency
Excellent client-facing communication skills and meticulous attention to detail
Familiarity with surveying standards, equipment, and CAD/GIS software preferred

Responsibilities

Oversee land surveying and geospatial projects in Edmond, including boundary, topographic, ALTA/NSPS, 3D scanning, and aerial mapping from planning through delivery
Develop accurate project estimates, proposals, and budgets tailored to Edmond projects
Coordinate survey crews, technicians, and subcontractors to meet schedules and financial targets
Review field data, maps, and deliverables to maintain QA/QC compliance
Collaborate with clients, engineers, and internal teams to define project scope, requirements, and timelines
Track project performance and ensure all deliverables meet quality and client expectations
