About The Position
We are seeking individuals interested in participating in a surrogacy journey to help hopeful parents achieve their dreams of parenthood. Ideal candidates have experienced the joy of motherhood and want to help someone else do the same. This is a unique opportunity to make a meaningful impact while receiving comprehensive medical, emotional, and logistical support throughout the process. This is a flexible opportunity that works alongside your current lifestyle, whether you are a stay-at-home mom, working full-time, or anything in between. Surrogacy is a family-building arrangement, not a traditional employment position. Participants enter into an independent agreement and are supported by licensed fertility clinics and a dedicated care team. What to Expect Work with licensed fertility clinics and experienced medical professionals. Receive dedicated support from a personal Journey Manager. Participate in a structured, guided medical process. Help individuals and couples build their families.
Requirements
- Ages 24 to 39
- BMI between 19 and 29
- At least one prior healthy pregnancy and delivery
- Currently raising at least one child
- U.S. citizen or permanent legal resident
- Background check and drug testing is required
- Stable housing and reliable transportation
- Willingness to complete medical and psychological screenings
