Surgical Scheduler - Anesthesiology/Pain Mgmt - Days
About The Position
As a Surgical Scheduler II at Endeavor Health, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient scheduling of surgical procedures. This full-time position is located in Skokie, IL, with hours from 8a to 4:30p, Monday through Friday. You will work closely with surgeons, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate surgical cases, obtain necessary authorizations, and provide exceptional support to patients and their families throughout the scheduling process. Requirements
- Associate's degree in health administration
- Experience as a Surgical Scheduler or in a related healthcare administrative role required
Responsibilities
- Ensure the smooth and efficient scheduling of surgical procedures.
- Work closely with surgeons, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate surgical cases.
- Obtain necessary authorizations.
- Provide exceptional support to patients and their families throughout the scheduling process.
