If you’re energetic, organized, and passionate about helping patients, this hybrid role is for you! ⭐ What You’ll Do (Clinical – 70%) šŸ’™ Provide compassionate, professional care while keeping patients comfortable and informed. 🦷 Assist the provider chairside and help keep appointments running smoothly. šŸ“ø Take radiographs, update documentation, and help educate patients about treatment. ✨ Maintain clean, prepped, and well-stocked treatment areas—details matter! šŸ¤ Support your teammates across all clinical operations in a fast-paced environment. ⭐ What You’ll Do (Front Desk – 30%) šŸ“ž Greet patients with warmth and professionalism—be a welcoming first impression. šŸ—‚ļø Check patients in and out, verify insurance, and schedule appointments. šŸ’¬ Answer phones, manage messages, and assist patients with questions or concerns. šŸ’³ Collect co-pays, process payments, and help keep the schedule running smoothly. šŸ“… Support administrative tasks to ensure excellent patient flow and office efficiency. ⭐ What We’re Looking For A self-starter who can take initiative and stay productive without constant direction. At least 6 months of dental assisting experience in a fast-paced office. Strong understanding of dental/surgical assisting techniques and safety protocols. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Tech-savvy; Microsoft Office experience a plus. Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a strong plus! Requirements
