Career Development Assignments (CDAs) provide opportunities for current employees to develop on-the-job by growing their skillsets and providing a fresh perspective in a developmental role. CDAs also build the company’s bench strength, grow internal networks, and support cross-functional knowledge sharing. As this is an opportunity to develop, applicants may not need to meet all minimum qualifications. However, they must meet license requirements as specified by federal and local law and successfully complete necessary pre-hire assessments per company guidelines. With development being the main priority, typically the successful candidate’s salary and job grade will remain the same while in this assignment. This CDA may last up to 18 months. This position provides leadership to credit/collections, revenue protection, and meter reading field personnel in multiple sites. Accountable for the accurate and timely field credit work, revenue protection, and data acquisition of energy meters via various technologies. Work with internal/external customers as well as third party vendors for quick resolution of customer issues as it pertains to field credit/collection, revenue protections and meter reading to ensure accuracy in customer information and billing integrity.
