Coordinates and delivers career development programming, resource materials, and/or advising to students and alumni. Educates students, alumni, and other stakeholders about career development and opportunities and maintains relationships to aid in effective career planning. Strives to create a welcoming, equitable, and inclusive work environment. Serves as a point of contact for student questions regarding program offerings and procedures. Delivers information regarding career path exploration and discovery, career readiness skill building, application materials, networking, job search and interview preparation for students. Provides students with coaching and mentoring throughout the recruitment process.
