As a Supportive Housing Program Manager, you’ll work in a residential setting supporting individuals with disabilities in their daily lives. Your responsibilities may include: Implement, manage, supervise, monitor, and evaluate of the program to ensure compliance in accordance with established standards Oversee day to day operations in a supportive living setting, Under the supervision of the Director, has a responsibility to ensure operations of the homes are in best conditions Provide direct guidance, support, and supervision to Lead DSP (Direct Support Professionals) and DSPs (Direct Support Professionals) Collaborate with Assistant Director and HR in the recruiting, selecting, training, motivating, coaching, mentoring, and evaluating of employee occur as CLC experts Promoting independence and dignity in every interaction This is more than a job, it’s a chance to build relationships, empower others, and be part of a team that truly cares.
