Work Location: Fairmont Tiny Homes Job Summary: The Associate Program Manager will assist with direct personal and program activities for Cardea Health Transitional Housing Programs, which is a large recuperative care program serving people who have experienced homelessness. The Associate Program Manager is accountable for overseeing facilities management, clinical personnel, housekeeping/caregiving functions, food service, transportation, and housing navigation and care coordination needs at our Fairmont Tiny Home location. The Associate Program Manager will work with the nursing team to manage the flow of clients through the program, from admission to discharge.
