Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a financial institution and/or relevant experience in a related field
  • Proven attention to detail and accuracy
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Strong organization
  • Customer/Member focused approach
  • Professional verbal and written communication skills

Responsibilities

  • Manage daily operations of ACU’s digital services, including Bill Pay, P2P, Zelle, RDC, ACH, and other electronic platforms.
  • Provide prompt, professional support to members and internal departments via phone, chat, and email.
  • Serve as a liaison with business partners on digital service‑related matters.
  • Test, validate, and help implement new digital features and system enhancements.
  • Maintain operational standards to ensure a seamless and consistent digital experience.
  • Create and update clear procedural documentation for digital processes and systems.
  • Monitor and ensure compliance with regulations such as Reg E, Reg Z, Reg J, Reg CC, Nacha, BSA/AML, and UDAAP.
  • Provide timely insights and updates to management to support operational alignment.
  • Participate in meetings and contribute to departmental and organizational goals.
  • Perform additional assigned duties and ensure tasks are completed in a timely manner.
