About The Position

1. Monitor multiple programs for debit card transactions and disputes. 2. Assist with enrollment of multiple online banking programs. 3. Keep current with, support, and comply with all bank policies and regulations. 4. Perform day-to-day responsibilities within the department.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • 3+ years of customer service experience preferred.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Able to maintain consistent attendance record in a flexible Monday through Friday schedule.
  • Teamwork and dedication to developing strong relationships with coworkers.

Nice To Haves

  • 3+ years of customer service experience preferred.
