Reporting to the Facilities Operations Manager (FOM), the Support Services Coordinator will provide a wide range of administrative support for the FOMs. This will include calendar management, scheduling and coordinating meetings, researching and preparing materials, equipment inventory, and serving as a key point of contact for vendors, and other constituents in a professional, courteous, and helpful manner. Will assist with individual projects and execute a variety of administrative tasks and activities, as assigned by FOMs. Work collaboratively and efficiently, while maintaining an upbeat and positive attitude that supports the mission of the Ragon Institute. Job Summary This position is responsible for providing high-level administrative support to the executive and management teams. This role involves managing schedules, coordinating meetings, handling correspondence, and performing various clerical duties. The position is critical in ensuring efficient office operations and may also lead junior administrative staff.
