The Enterprise Support Services Coordinator partners closely with the Director and Assistant Manager of Enterprise Operations & Support Services to track, troubleshoot, and resolve issues across the clinical and operational systems used throughout the organization. This role serves as a key liaison between clinical, administrative, and operational teams to ensure provider clinics function efficiently and without disruption. The coordinator also acts as a dedicated support resource for newly onboarded physicians, providing final EMR configuration support and go-live assistance to ensure providers are fully operational from day one. This role may require occasional on-call or after-hours support to address urgent system or operational needs.
