As the Support Program Manager , you will play a pivotal role in driving technical excellence and operational maturity within the IPO solution domain. You will coach Support globally, improve workflows, foster collaboration with Product, and help scale knowledge-sharing practices. You’ll serve as the highest point of escalation for IPO-related issues, proactively identify automation opportunities, and contribute directly to regional initiatives by tailoring global strategies to local needs.

Responsibilities

  • Provide guidance and coaching to Support team members on building technical skills, ensuring high-quality service delivery and enabling professional growth.
  • Continuously evaluate and improve support processes, workflows, and technical tools.
  • Work closely together with Support Excellence to enhance efficiency, effectiveness, and customer satisfaction.
  • Be the main point of contact in Solution/Stream planning; foster a closer relationship with Product (collaboration and reply times); identify opportunities for automation and drive major priorities within the Solution domain in order to get closer to 10x readiness.
  • Collaborate closely with the Team Leads to ensure alignment on workload drivers.
  • You will gain a deep understanding of local requirements and effectively represent these needs on the global stage.
  • Demonstrate a deep technical expertise in IPO Solution, while possessing a strong drive to continuously enhance knowledge and skills.
