Family Support Program Manager Hybrid | Full-Time | Licensed Clinician Lead with purpose. Support families. Grow a team that matters. Autism Delaware is seeking a licensed behavioral health professional who’s ready to step into a meaningful leadership role supporting families impacted by autism across the state. This is not a high-volume clinical position — it’s a people-centered leadership role for someone who enjoys mentoring staff, improving systems, collaborating with community partners, and leading with compassion. Requirements
- Master’s degree in a behavioral health field
- Active licensure (LCSW, LPCMH, LMFT, or similar)
- Experience supervising or leading a team
- Knowledge of autism and family support systems
- Strong communication, organization, and leadership skills
- Commitment to a respectful, collaborative, and mission-driven workplace

- Lived experience parenting a child with autism is welcomed.
Responsibilities
- Provide clinical and case supervision to Family Support Providers
- Support staff growth through coaching, training, and mentorship
- Oversee quality, compliance, and documentation standards
- Collaborate with internal teams and community partners statewide
- Represent Autism Delaware in collaborative and systems-level meetings
- Help strengthen services for families navigating autism supports
