About The Position

As a Support Partner , you'll work one-on-one with people with disabilities in their homes and communities, supporting independence and inclusion. Community Engagement - Helping individuals connect and participate in meaningful activities Daily Living Support - Assisting with personal care, communication, transportation, and social/recreational experiences Skill Development - Support growth in independent living skills and confidence. Requirements

  • A high school diploma or GED and at least 1 year experience supporting people to live in the community.
  • Possession of a valid drivers license with a safe driving record.
  • Access to a reliable vehicle, proof of current vehicle registration, inspection, and insurance.
  • 18 years of age or older.
  • Be or willing to be Covid-19 Vaccinated prior to employment.

  • Experience with dual diagnosis a plus!
