Job Summary Provide assistance/support to the HR Total Rewards Department in order to gain Human Resources professional experience and on the job training in the areas of Benefits, Compensation and Retirement.

Requirements

  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
  • Ability to multi-task and handle various projects at a time.
  • Current enrollment in a school program that is aligned with the type of work assignment being offered to include Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proficient use of all Microsoft Office Suite programs, with ability to create and understand spreadsheets, analysis and reporting.
  • Strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze data and provide updates/presentations on analysis.
  • Consistently meets or exceeds expectations of internal and external customers.
  • Other general duties as assigned.
  • Participate in internal HR initiatives, provide ad hoc reporting.
  • Participates in activities to support the company's strategic planning efforts.
  • Perform entry level tasks within a particular discipline of study.
  • Perform special HR projects to include audits, updated procedures, reporting and analyzing data.
  • Update documents to include system data entry, policies, procedures, and job descriptions.
