About The Position

Provide support to data analysts using Amazon Marketing Cloud. Work with AWS customers to understand how they use AWS services and provide customer feedback to development teams. Write code samples, tutorials, and technical articles for the customer community. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to drive timely customer communication during critical events. Drive projects that improve support-related processes and customer user experience.

Requirements

  • Master’s degree or foreign equivalent degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field and one year of experience in the job offered or in a related occupation.
  • Employer will accept a bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field and five years of progressive post-baccalaureate experience in the job offered or in a related occupation as equivalent to a master’s degree and one year of experience.
  • Must have one year of experience in the following skills: (1) development or technical support; (2) troubleshooting and debugging technical systems; (3) driving process and service improvements.
