About The Position

The primary function of the Support Clerk position is to facilitate the review and posting of payments in the policy administrative systems. The Support Clerk will also assist in the processing of incoming and outgoing correspondence for the Multi-Line Services Department in an accurate and timely manner.

Requirements

• High School Diploma
• Knowledge of computer systems, including but not limited to Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Internet Explorer.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate the review and posting of payments in the policy administrative systems.
• Assist in the processing of incoming and outgoing correspondence for the Multi-Line Services Department in an accurate and timely manner.
