Ensure the level of technical service provided to Company Retail Network staff or customers is accurate, helpful, courteous, and timely. Ensure Technical Support Representative team members have the necessary tools and training to do their job effectively. Assist support center in resolving dealer and customer issues.

Requirements

  • 5-7 years related experience
  • Associate degree (Technical)  Non-degree considered if 6+ years of related experience along with a high school diploma or GED.
  • Frequent travel and overnight stays (6-20%)

Responsibilities

  • Supervise a technical team within the Service Support Center.
