The Support Assistant will be responsible for helping to maintain organization in a busy construction management office. This role will sit primarily on site. Who are we? Requirements

  • AS or BS degree
  • 1-5 years of office experience ideally in a construction related field
  • Or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Strong communication skills
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Ability to work in a team environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Power Point

Responsibilities

  • Managing calendars
  • Coordinating meetings
  • Preparing expense reports in electronic system
  • Preparing correspondence and presentations
  • Ordering supplies
  • Greeting visitors
  • Organizing meetings
  • Administrative support of office functions.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills are required.
  • May serve as Learning Coordinator responsible for working with BUL/Department Heads and HR to determine annual training needs
  • Create training schedules for BU/departments and communicate scheduled company training opportunities to employees to encourage participation
  • Organize and execute training, including scheduling, sending reminders, providing facilitator with necessary training materials, and ordering/organizing catering
