Your role will be focused on planning and ensuring stock availability based on our Customer’s need to drive the growth of our within the relevant Business Unit. This is a 12 months contract role. Nestlé operate one of the largest supply chain networks in the Oceania region. Our teams are cohesively supported by global tools, local expertise and cutting-edge technology such as GS1 and SAP. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with some of our most important portfolios, where you will work within a dynamic environment, enjoy high-visibility of the role and overcome the challenges associated with managing an extensive supply chain with broad commercial exposure. Requirements

  • Inter-market Supply Planning experience
  • Understanding of Order to Cash principles.
  • SAP experience will be highly desirable and strong communication skills are a necessity.
  • Experience in stakeholder management, influencing and interpersonal skills
  • The right person must be proactive, thorough and detailed, with a high level of relationship building.
  • You are a highly driven results focused team member ready to collaborate and remove obstacles to protect supply and deliver availability
  • You are a problem solver, inquisitive, proactive and strong in implementing sustainable solutions to address business needs and/or issues
  • You will already have what it takes to understand customer requirements, inventory management and deliver process improvements.
  • You’ll need strong Excel and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

  • Contribute to consistently achieve sustainable Supply Planning KPI Targets across ANZ
  • Maintain a robust product level supply plan over an 12-month horizon in SAP APO
  • Analyse & effectively communicate relevant information to our Demand and Customer teams.
  • Play a critical role in our innovation and renovation launches
  • Finding solutions to supply exceptions.
