About The Position

The Supply Manager is responsible for building, growing, and managing a network of external lead generation partners through proactive outreach, relationship management, and commercial ownership. This is a highly external, partner-facing role focused on driving revenue by sourcing new partners and expanding existing ones. You’ll spend a significant portion of your time on calls, in meetings, and in active communication with partners, positioning our programs, negotiating deals, and identifying opportunities to scale. Success in this role comes from your ability to build strong relationships, move quickly, and consistently drive partner performance. This role owns the full partner lifecycle, from prospecting and onboarding alignment to ongoing growth and optimization, ensuring partners are set up for success and continuously delivering value. We believe AI is a core competency for the modern workforce; candidates should demonstrate a proactive commitment to AI literacy and an ability to integrate digital tools into their daily workflows to optimize results. Please note that this is an in-office role in American Fork, UT.

Requirements

  • 3-5+ years in lead generation, partnerships, or business development
  • AI-First Approach: You’ll be AI-native—not “AI-aware.” You’ll design, own, and evolve agentic workflows that dramatically expand your leverage.
  • Strong communication skills
  • Experience in outbound calls and partner-facing roles
  • Proven ability to grow partnerships and drive revenue
  • Analytical mindset with strong Excel skills
  • Savvy with CRMs
  • Exceptional sense of organization and attention to detail
  • Ability to take direction well and follow through with project deadlines
  • Ability to plan work to meet deadlines and unexpected situations and/or requests
  • Background in digital marketing
  • Bring a forward-thinking mindset with a willingness to rethink how work gets done.

  • Post-secondary education in business, commerce or marketing preferred

Responsibilities

  • Outbound Growth: Source and recruit new lead generation partners through calls, email, and networking
  • Partner Management: Own day-to-day partner relationships with regular calls, check-ins, and performance discussions
  • Negotiation: Lead pricing, payouts, and contract discussions to drive profitable growth
  • Partner Expansion: Grow partner volume, improve quality, and launch new initiatives
  • Performance Ownership: Drive revenue and partner contribution through data-informed conversations
  • Cross-Functional Coordination: Partner with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding, execution, and issue resolution
