The Supply Manager is responsible for building, growing, and managing a network of external lead generation partners through proactive outreach, relationship management, and commercial ownership. This is a highly external, partner-facing role focused on driving revenue by sourcing new partners and expanding existing ones. You’ll spend a significant portion of your time on calls, in meetings, and in active communication with partners, positioning our programs, negotiating deals, and identifying opportunities to scale. Success in this role comes from your ability to build strong relationships, move quickly, and consistently drive partner performance. This role owns the full partner lifecycle, from prospecting and onboarding alignment to ongoing growth and optimization, ensuring partners are set up for success and continuously delivering value. We believe AI is a core competency for the modern workforce; candidates should demonstrate a proactive commitment to AI literacy and an ability to integrate digital tools into their daily workflows to optimize results.
