About The Position

K.C. Bobcat - Blue Springs is a full service Bobcat Dealership specializing in new, used, and rental compact excavators, skid steer loaders, and track loaders. We offer parts as well as both mobile and shop service. K.C. Bobcat - Blue Springs is seeking an enthusiastic and customer-oriented Supply Manager / Inside Sales Rep to join our team. This person is responsible for enhancing Bobcats sales coverage effectiveness and contributing to the Bobcat sales team success. Requirements

Strong background and experience in construction equipment and products preferred
Must be outgoing, reliable, and a problem solver with strong interpersonal communications skills
Ability to cold call new sales leads
Typing and use of computer for quotation generation
Organizational ability to schedule and follow-up dedications and meet deadlines
Sense of urgency and high work ethic
Good communication skills and safe work habits
High school diploma required
Working knowledge of equipment operations
Conform with pre-employment, random and reasonable suspicion drug screens, as required by DOT

Responsibilities

Learn the products and different lines we offer.
Attending to walk-in customers and inbound sales calls.
Qualifies and follows up on all in-person, phone, and web leads assigned to their Area of Operation (AO).
Onsite Expert for Bobcat Compact Tractors, Mowers, Attachments, New, and Used Equipment.
Maintains excellent customer relations.
Contact existing and potential customers for the purpose of marketing parts.
Provide customers with in-depth knowledge of equipment supplies, in-stock equipment, and merchandise.
Provide customers with quotes for products in a timely manner.
Develop strong working relationships with existing customer and seek opportunities to build new ones.
Improving the sales process through good communications across branch departments.
Team player working across department to support branch activities.
