About The Position

The Supply Manager Level III is a senior level role responsible for ensuring the business can efficiently source materials, store inventory, and transport shipments to customers. This role leads complex supply chain initiatives, analyzes logistics and trading data to refine supply strategies, negotiates high value business relationships, and communicates with suppliers, distributors, and internal stakeholders. The Supply Manager Level III provides strategic oversight of supply chain operations and plays a critical role in supporting commercial trading activities and pipeline logistics coordination.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business management, supply chain management, or related field.
  • Eight plus years of experience in supply chain management, logistics, trading operations, or a related field.
  • Demonstrated experience or strong familiarity with commodity trading environments and pipeline logistics.
  • Strong understanding of trading concepts, supply contracts, and physical product movement through pipeline systems.
  • Excellent knowledge of supply chain processes and best practices.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to read and interpret complex commercial and legal agreements.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong negotiation and relationship management skills.
  • Strong desire to build lasting relationships with people around the world.

Responsibilities

  • Lead logistics processes for inventory maintenance, shipment, delivery, and product returns.
  • Develop and implement cost effective solutions for complex supply chain processes.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships within the company and with external partners, including suppliers, distributors, and pipeline operators.
  • Create and execute supply chain management strategies that increase efficiency, speed, and profitability.
  • Analyze trading positions and supply commitments to ensure alignment with operational capabilities and pipeline constraints.
  • Read and comprehend legal documents, such as contracts, purchase agreements, and import or export agreements.
  • Collaborate cross functionally to identify operational risks and develop strategic solutions.
  • Lead communications and negotiations with suppliers and key service providers.
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members as needed.
