As a Supply Chain Support, you play a key role behind the scenes—ensuring our field teams have the materials, rentals, and services they need to keep projects on track. This role supports procurement efforts by providing order entry, vendor coordination, invoice reconciliation, and jobsite support. Requirements

  • Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize
  • Comfortable working in Microsoft Office and Viewpoint systems
  • Ability to manage multiple requests with attention to detail
  • Clear written and verbal communication
  • Basic math skills (discounts, percentages, commissions)
  • Team-oriented with a cooperative mindset

Nice To Haves

  • Associate’s degree or technical degree, or
  • 1–2 years of related experience, or
  • Equivalent combination of education and experience Supply Chain Support

Responsibilities

  • Responding to field requests as needed
  • Entering purchase orders (Spectrum, EDI systems, Remarcable)
  • Reviewing and resolving PO and invoice discrepancies
  • Ordering rental equipment, office trailers, safety supplies, and jobsite materials as needed
  • Coordinating water delivery, copier rentals, and other site services
  • Tracking small orders
  • Assisting with small material quotes
  • Researching local equipment suppliers to support jobs
  • Supporting shipping needs and credit applications
  • Coordinating FR clothing and branded apparel orders
  • Partnering with Safety on LV Glove Testing
  • Providing backup support within the department
