About The Position

We are seeking a Contract Supply Chain ERP Specialist to facilitate the transition from AS400 and Oracle E‑Business Suite to Oracle Cloud ERP (Oracle Fusion). This role is vital for ensuring accurate data migration, system validation, and process alignment as we adopt a modern, cloud‑based ERP environment.

Requirements

1+ years of experience with Oracle or similar ERP.
Experience supporting ERP migrations or large‑scale data transitions.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word).
Experience in manufacturing or warehouse environments.

Nice To Haves

Experience with lean manufacturing environments.
Associate degree or higher (Bachelor’s in Supply Chain or Business preferred).

Responsibilities

Support the full data transition from AS400 and Oracle E‑Business Suite to Oracle Cloud ERP (Oracle Fusion).
Validate migrated data to ensure accuracy, completeness, and alignment with new Oracle Cloud structures.
Identify discrepancies between legacy data and Oracle Fusion requirements and resolve issues proactively.
Ensure accuracy of purchase order requirements in Oracle.
Maintain correct sourcing rule assignment sets for purchased items.
Update and manage the Approved Supplier List.
Assist in creating views and managing planning conditions (commodities, suppliers, replenishment types, etc.).
Support procurement activities including quoting, purchase order creation, and supplier setup.
Import customer forecast applications into Oracle.
Ensure work definitions are correctly applied for Graphics Production.
Partner with Warehouse, Graphics Production, and Procurement teams to ensure data alignment.
Provide technical assistance when team members encounter system roadblocks.
Communicate effectively with all levels of leadership to challenge assumptions, clarify requirements, and mitigate risk.
