Job Description The Supply Chain Quality Coordinator responsible for ensuring product quality in Supply Chain, may leads local projects (initiatives) in the area of quality in Supply Chain, provides professional quality control support in a specific area within Supply Chain for Materials Quality in the Factory & 3PL, the Quality Coordinator should be a very experienced person, Responsible for the Good Warehouse Practice within Supply Chain by providing acceptable standard.

Requirements

  • At least successful operational experience in the role at business level in quality management.
  • Relevant operational experience at business level, in the following areas is beneficial: Logistic, Technical, Transportation.
  • Experience in the management of work independently with little direction.
  • Good leadership, ability of analytical thinking, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Operate a computer terminal and warehouse-related software.
  • Developed ability of excel skills.
  • Project management.
  • Requires the ability to communicate effectively using speech, vision, and hearing.
  • Good knowledge of end-to-end planning to produce, supply understanding, optimization techniques.
  • Results orientated.
  • Good knowledge of warehousing processes, tools, systems, quality methods and related best practices for: The optimization of available resources.
  • Able to identify root causes and improvement opportunities and to convince the involved functions to follow his recommendations.
  • Methods of inspecting, releasing materials.
  • Differentiate between the materials handling equipment’s and other assigned vehicle and equipment.
  • Safety, health and environment, quality principles, regulations/ best practices.
  • Principles and practices of training and providing work direction.

  • Stock management (type of demand, seasonality, lifecycle status, shelf life, bad goods, consensus demand plan).

Responsibilities

  • Train all the warehouse staff and the outside 3PL on the roles of Good Warehouse Practice and quality awareness on our materials.
  • Train the warehouse staff on the cleaning procedures and allergy management in the warehouse.
  • Train the warehouse staff on personal hygiene.
  • Carry out a Good Warehouse Practice inspections for the warehouse and the surroundings.
  • Frequent inspection on the 3PL site outside for cleaning performance and making a corrective action in case of bad performance.
  • Check the personal attitude on the process areas or outside it and corrective remarks on bad inspects and enforcing the quality system in a sustainable manner.
  • Join the HACCP team.
  • Follow up the pest control management activities with the outside contractor and make corrective action plan in case of infestation.
  • Share the supplier complaints and investigation with the warehouse team.
  • Make corrective action plan for any Good Warehouse Practice or Warehouse Hygiene violations.
  • Applying the sampling plan for the raw and packaging materials level 1.
  • Applying all the check required by specification for the raw and packaging materials in level 1.
  • Responsible for the release R&P materials on level 1.
  • Manage the sampling of any arrival materials based on sample quantity defined by the quality team to conduct the analysis required according to the instructions (level 2, 3 & 4).
  • Conduct a Warehouse Quality Audits (Monthly).
  • Responsible to follow up the housekeeping, cleaning, and disinfection of the general warehouse.
  • Responsible for performing the Good Warehouse Practice Checklist Daily/Weekly/Monthly including the materials handling equipment.
  • Ensure full implementation of the R&P Quality Procedures for Receiving, Issuance to Production and Returns to Warehouse from Production and resolving all Supply Chain related quality issues.
  • Prepare the Daily / Weekly Supply Chain Quality report.
  • Implement and ensure safety in the work environment.
  • Organizing the warehouse zoning and visual management in a way to facilitate the good housekeeping.
  • Pest control and adheres strictly to (FEFO) first expiry - first out policy unless otherwise advised.
  • Has delegation to enforce discipline among the team personnel but reports to the manager for disciplinary action.
  • Isolate any blocked or non-conformance material in a separate place and identifies it with a special label.
  • Prepares the freshness analysis report and highlighting the critical materials and create visibility along the value chain on - actual extended R&P bad goods, reasons, and root causes - short term (reactive) and mid-long term (proactive) risks, ensure correct usage of reason at each point of the process to guarantee reliability of the reports.
  • Facilitate, follow-up and evaluate improvement action plans by coordinating actions and conducting regular meetings with the team and other stakeholders.
  • Assist management in establishing Supply Chain Standards and Procedures.
  • Ensure an adequate level of flexibility to meet ad-hoc requirements or to deal with unexpected Supply Chain issues, to adapt to changes in end-to-end environment.
  • Identification of the potential issues for the factory within Supply Chain operation and evaluate the risks and offer solutions.
  • Give advance information in daily / weekly to ensure alignment with team and cross function on warehouse operation within the detailed plan period.
  • Adhering to Froneri procedures and standards.
  • Always keep 5S in workplace.
  • Represent the Froneri way of working through the behaviors and characteristics in our operating model and core values
