But none of it is possible without the right supplies, at the right time, in the right place. That’s where you come in. We’re looking for a Supply Chain Coordinator who thrives on organization, problem-solving, and making a real impact behind the scenes. This isn’t just inventory management—it’s being the person who ensures our clinical teams can do what they do best: save lives. Why This Role Is Different This is not your typical supply chain job. You’ll be embedded in a fast-paced emergency hospital environment where your work directly supports patient care—and you’ll have the flexibility to shape your role: This is a part-time role. Full-time option available if you're looking for a hybrid role, combining: Clinical shifts (Technician or Veterinary Assistant), or Non-clinical shifts (Client Service Representative) Be the go-to expert – Own and optimize the supply chain function for a high-performing hospital Make a visible impact – Your decisions directly influence efficiency, cost, and patient care Collaborate across teams – Work alongside clinical staff, leadership, and regional supply chain partners Whether you’re looking to stay hands-on with patients or prefer a non-clinical path, this role can be tailored to you.
Requirements
- Experience in purchasing, inventory, or supply chain (2+ years)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Confidence working with data, systems, and spreadsheets (Excel)
- A proactive mindset—you don’t wait for problems, you solve them
- Ability to collaborate across teams and build strong relationships
Nice To Haves
- Medical or veterinary experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Ensure the hospital is always stocked and ready for anything
- Manage inventory accuracy, par levels, and product flow
- Partner with vendors to secure best pricing and reliable supply
- Reconcile orders, invoices, and resolve discrepancies
- Identify inefficiencies and drive smarter processes
- Maintain organized, efficient storage and ordering systems
- Support audits, reporting, and inventory strategy
