About The Position

The Supply Chain â Hourly Coordinator will be responsible for replenishment efforts in support of the BevMo supply chain. This role will directly support replenishment for one or more of the BevMo/Gopuff departments and partner with internal (Merchandising, operations, etc.) and external partners (Vendors, Distributorsâ¦) to support business and assortment strategies. It will be imperative that this person demonstrate the problem-solving and analytical skills necessary to thrive in a fast paced and entrepreneurial environment. This is a hybrid position, reporting to the Concord, CA office Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday during business hours.

Requirements

BA/BS in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Finance, Supply Chain/Logistics or related field or equivalent experience
0-3 years Merchandise Planning, Inventory Planning, Supply Chain, or Allocations experience
Must have strong computer skills â proficiency with excel is required
Capable of taking initiative, ownership and accountability for the business
Ability to react quickly with a strong sense of urgency
Must be extremely detail oriented and organized
Must have effective communication skills, both written and verbal

Alcohol Beverage experience is a plus

Responsibilities

Establish a deep understanding of business, internal processes, and overall supply chain
For a particular portion of the business, own the sku replenishment purchasing of inventory directly from suppliers to support all BevMo stores and/or regional stores.
Analyze sales, inventory, Instock, Damage & Expiration, Turn and Vendor Fill Rate trends and create weekly item plans to drive the business
Support Inventory Management strategies contingent with unique territory requirements as it pertains to volume, size, and business strategy
Research and resolve inventory discrepancies with internal and external partners and communicate issues related to inventory and product flow
Review and determine quantities to purchase for new, allocated and continuing SKUs.
Participate as an integral partner with Planning, Merchandising, Logistics and Operations.
Generate and analyze inventory management and exception reports.
Act as a point of contact for inventory related inquiries from internal partners.
Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure inventory is appropriately represented throughout the chain
