About The Position

Seeking a results-oriented Project Manager to lead the modernization of our workforce operations. For the first 12–24 months, your primary focus will be the end-to-end implementation and optimization of our Labor Management System (LMS) and the rollout of Engineered Labor Standards (ELS) across our facilities. Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, Business, or a related field Equivalent work experience will be considered.
  • 3+ Years of experience
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in LMS platforms (e.g., Manhattan, Blue Yonder, or Tego) and project management software.
  • Soft Skills: Strong communication skills with the ability to translate technical data into actionable insights for operational teams.
  • Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Nice To Haves

  • PMP or Lean Six Sigma Green/Black Belt is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

  • LMS Deployment: Lead the configuration, testing, and enterprise-wide rollout of Labor Management System software.
  • Standards Implementation: Partner with Industrial Engineers to validate and implement multi-variable Engineered Labor Standards.
  • Change Management: Drive onsite adoption by training operations leadership and front-line staff on new performance metrics and system workflows.
  • Vendor Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for LMS software vendors and external engineering consultants.
