About The Position

Seeking a results-oriented Project Manager to lead the modernization of our workforce operations. For the first 12–24 months, your primary focus will be the end-to-end implementation and optimization of our Labor Management System (LMS) and the rollout of Engineered Labor Standards (ELS) across our facilities. Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, Business, or a related field
Equivalent work experience will be considered.
3+ Years of experience
Technical Skills: Proficiency in LMS platforms (e.g., Manhattan, Blue Yonder, or Tego) and project management software.
Soft Skills: Strong communication skills with the ability to translate technical data into actionable insights for operational teams.
Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Nice To Haves

PMP or Lean Six Sigma Green/Black Belt is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

LMS Deployment: Lead the configuration, testing, and enterprise-wide rollout of Labor Management System software.
Standards Implementation: Partner with Industrial Engineers to validate and implement multi-variable Engineered Labor Standards.
Change Management: Drive onsite adoption by training operations leadership and front-line staff on new performance metrics and system workflows.
Vendor Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for LMS software vendors and external engineering consultants.
