About The Position

You will be the Supply Chain Production Associate Manager for the Supply Chain Production team. Our team is responsible for leading the development, production and sustainment activities that support the Warfighter and production floor needs. What You Will Be Doing As the Supply Chain Production Associate Manager you will be responsible for overseeing subcontract management, ensuring classified program compliance, and driving production efficiency. MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN - This position is located at a facility that requires special access. The selected candidate must be able to obtain a Secret clearance. A company-sponsored interim Secret clearance is required to start.

Requirements

  • Knowledge of Procurement, Subcontract Management, Proposal Process, Risk Mitigation & Project Management as it relates to Supply Chain and Operations efforts

  • Ability to obtain a US Secret Security Clearance
  • Detail and Teamwork oriented with demonstrated organizational skills

Responsibilities

  • Lead and mentor a team of 3‑5 Subcontract Managers.
  • Coordinate development, production, and sustainment activities for the classified program.
  • Ensure compliance with security and classification requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to meet Warfighter and production floor needs.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance program performance.
