About The Position

You will be the Supply Chain Production Associate Manager for the Supply Chain Production team. Our team is responsible for leading the development, production and sustainment activities that support the Warfighter and production floor needs. MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN - This position is located at a facility that requires special access. The selected candidate must be able to obtain a Secret clearance. Requirements

Responsibilities

Lead and mentor a team of 3‑5 Subcontract Managers.
Coordinate development, production, and sustainment activities for the classified program.
Ensure compliance with security and classification requirements.
Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to meet Warfighter and production floor needs.
Identify and implement process improvements to enhance program performance.
