As a Supply Chain Process Coordinator, you’ll act as a coach for general warehouse workers, merchandise processors and recycling processors. You’ll oversee training processes, powered equipment and day-to-day tasks in a distribution center. In this role, you’ll conduct training for both new hires and existing employees. What you’ll do Build training plans for new hires and existing employees Evaluate warehouse processes and assist in monitoring standard operating procedure throughout the warehouse Oversee the recertification of equipment operators Identify gaps in training and partner with leaders to close them Ensure training materials and locations are organized and prepared before all training events Support daily operations when not conducting training
