Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Technical savvy and proficient in Microsoft Office; experience within database systems a plus
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Process-oriented and strong collaborator with ability to communicate and manage well at all levels of the organization and across various departments
  • Strong organizational and time management skills; ability to multitask and prioritize workload

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate daily with Purchasing, Client Services, and Fulfillment teams to support the approval process for all fulfillment orders.
  • Review order details for accuracy and completeness prior to approval.
  • Ensure timely processing of orders to support production and service timelines.
  • Communicate discrepancies or missing information to appropriate departments for resolution.
  • Maintain accurate records of supply chain transactions within ERP systems.
  • Ensure data integrity across systems to support operational efficiency and reporting accuracy.
  • Prepare and monitor daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly ERP-generated reports.
  • Identify trends, discrepancies, or business needs based on report findings.
  • Communicate insights and delegate follow-up tasks to appropriate departments as directed.
  • Assist in tracking key operational metrics to support department goals.
  • Provide administrative support to the Supply Chain and Purchasing teams.
  • Maintain documentation and digital records in an organized and accessible manner.
  • Support general office duties and assist with special projects as assigned.
  • Proactively identify and report supply chain or order-related issues.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to help resolve discrepancies, delays, or process gaps.
  • Escalate concerns appropriately while maintaining professionalism and urgency.
