Stefanini is looking for an Supply Chain Planner in Sparta, TN 38583 (Hybrid) For quick Apply, please reach out to Hitesh Bhatnagar, call 248 263 3904/ email: [email protected] Job Title: Supply Chain Planner Location: 200 Iris Drive, Sparta, TN 38583 HYBRID - 3 days onsite / 2 days remote after candidate is fully trained and functional Timings: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM; 1 Hour Lunch Time Qualifications: HYBRID - 3 days onsite / 2 days remote after candidate is fully trained and functional EDUCATION: Minimum of HS Diploma or GED. BA/BS degree in Business, Logistics, or related field preferred. EXPERIENCE: Minimum of 2 years' experience with Supply Chain planning (required). Working knowledge of SAP (or equivalent) system preferred. Experience in a Chemical industry supply chain environment preferred. Responsibilities: Looking for someone to support Supply Chain planning to the Sparta TN Client Performance Materials site. Planning to include: master planning, production planning, inventory management, and raw material planning. Collaboration and communication across different functions of the organization will be required. The functions include Customer Service, Operations, Product Management, Procurement, and other parts of Supply Chain. Day to day activities to include: Create monthly master production schedule based off of forecasts and actual orders. On going adjustments/support to plan will be required. Monitors sales forecasts vs. actual sales, while developing corrective actions for deviations. Coordinates demand needs thru production plans within SAP. Aligns with finite scheduling accordingly. Ordering of raw materials based on customer demand while considering days of inventory on hand. Day to day responsibilities to also align with yearly KPIs including delivery reliability, inventory management, and manufacturing optimization. Requirements

Minimum of 2 years' experience with Supply Chain planning (required).
Minimum of HS Diploma or GED.
