About The Position

The Supply Chain Master Data Project Manager will play a critical strategic and leadership role in shaping Anduril’s master data governance framework for the Supply Chain organization. This role will drive master data projects from inception to execution and will serve as the key architect of master data processes, standards, and governance policies that ensure data integrity, accuracy, and scalability. The Supply Chain Master Data Project Manager will work closely with cross-functional teams including IT, PMO, FP&A, Planning, and Operations to prioritize, plan, and lead data cleanup and optimization initiatives that support Anduril’s growth and operational excellence. WHAT YOU’LL DO: Develop and implement the Master Data Governance Framework and policies to ensure integrity, accuracy, and scalability of Supply Chain master data across business systems including ERP, WMS, Supplier Portal, and homegrown applications. Lead cross-functional master data projects, including data clean-up, standardization, and harmonization across multiple platforms. Define, document, and promote clear roles, responsibilities, and workflows for master data stewardship in collaboration with Master Data Analysts, IT, and Supply Chain leadership. Establish, track, and report on KPIs and metrics to monitor master data health, enabling timely identification and resolution of data issues. Lead root cause analyses and drive sustainable process improvements to prevent recurring data quality challenges. Identify and implement automation opportunities—such as API integrations and other tools—to enhance master data management efficiency and accuracy. Manage project plans, timelines, resources, and stakeholder communications, ensuring alignment with business priorities and successful delivery. Facilitate training, workshops, and change management initiatives to embed master data governance best practices and improve data literacy organization-wide. Collaborate with system owners and business partners during implementations and upgrades to ensure master data standards are integrated into system designs and workflows.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience leading master data governance initiatives or related programs, preferably within supply chain or manufacturing environments.
  • Demonstrated expertise in defining and implementing master data governance frameworks and processes.
  • Proven project management experience managing cross-functional teams and driving complex projects to successful completion.
  • Advanced Excel skills for data manipulation and reporting.

Nice To Haves

  • Hands-on experience with ERP systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP) and master data management platforms or tools.
  • Familiarity with key supply chain master data domains such as suppliers, materials, inventory, and BOMs.
  • Strong data analysis skills, with proficiency in SQL, Python, Excel, or other analytical tools to identify data quality issues and support data-driven decisions.
  • Proven ability to conduct root cause analysis for master data inconsistencies and drive sustainable process improvements.
  • Excellent communication and facilitation skills, with the ability to build consensus and collaborate effectively across multiple functions and organizational levels.
  • Experience thriving in fast-paced or early-stage company environments.
