Reporting to the Plant Manager, you will oversee supply chain operations at the plant, ensuring material availability, production flow, and service performance while partnering closely with operations, procurement, planning, and logistics teams. You will help lead cross functional initiatives that support efficiency, cost control, and continuous improvement in an onsite environment. A Taste of Your Responsibilities Lead scheduling, planning, materials management, inventory oversight, and warehouse operations to support daily plant performance. Coach and develop the Detailed Scheduler, Material Planners, and Warehouse Manager, reinforcing safety, engagement, and continuous improvement. Strengthen system usage in SAP and warehouse systems to improve accuracy, automation, and data integrity. Partner with production, maintenance, quality, and corporate teams to ensure raw material and finished goods availability. Monitor key supply chain metrics and communicate insights that improve service, cost, and operational efficiency. Drive process and system improvements using ERP tools, analytics, and structured problem solving. Implement solutions that enhance service levels, reduce costs, and optimize scheduling, planning, and warehousing performance. Serve as the primary plant liaison for logistics, customer service, manufacturing platforms, and business partners. Promote a customer centric approach and support supplier and logistics performance improvements using KPIs and scorecards. Address logistical deductions and cost drivers with corrective actions. Support business reviews, new product launches, transitions, and discontinuations. Maintain compliance, data integrity, and reporting for food safety and regulatory requirements including traceability, SQF, and GMP. Ingredients Required for Your Success Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, logistics, business, or related field. 7+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment Progressive supply chain experience within manufacturing, including exposure to warehousing, transportation, sales and operations planning, customer service, and plant operations. Experience leading high performing teams, including oversight of scheduling, planning, and warehouse functions. Proficiency in SAP, warehouse management systems, and Microsoft Office; experience driving system adoption and process automation. Strong analytical, problem solving, and project management skills. Effective written and verbal communication across all organizational levels. Experience with continuous improvement methodologies. Supply chain certifications such as APICS preferred. Experience working in matrixed environments and participating in major system implementations preferred. An employee’s actual annual salary will be based on but not limited to: location, relevant experience/level and skillset, while balancing internal Conagra employees’ equity.
