About The Position

This is an opportunity to step into a high-impact leadership role within Digital Realty’s Supply Chain & Procurement organization, focused on driving value across capital upgrade initiatives. You’ll lead strategic sourcing efforts, partner closely with operations and engineering stakeholders, and play a key role in strengthening supplier performance across critical data center infrastructure programs.
The role combines commercial strategy, supplier leadership, and operational execution — giving you the chance to influence both day-to-day procurement activities and the longer-term supply chain roadmap.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in procurement, supply chain, or a related function (data center experience strongly preferred)
• Demonstrated success negotiating complex agreements and delivering measurable cost savings for technical or capital equipment
• Experience working with OEM suppliers and managing supplier performance
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Supply Chain, or a related field

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership in strategic sourcing to support Americas Operations, aligning with key stakeholders to drive value through sourcing strategies and negotiations
• Develop and manage critical OEM supplier relationships, improving performance in delivery, quality, and service
• Oversee procurement and supply chain activities for critical OFCI equipment supporting Data Center Operations
• Contribute to the development and execution of the Supply Chain & Procurement strategic plan
• Lead supplier business reviews and annual performance assessments
• Identify and support initiatives to improve procure-to-pay efficiency
• Support implementation of new technologies and tools across Supply Chain & Procurement
